This liquid packaging pouch is built for viscous sauce products, using a stand-up spouted bag design with widened four-side or three-side heat sealing that withstands stacking and transport without leaking. The large-diameter plastic spout keeps thick fills flowing smoothly, which suits sesame paste, chili oil and similar low-flow products. A screw cap or inner plug can be added so the pouch stays resealable after opening, making it convenient for end users to dispense and store the contents.
Pouches are typically laminated as PET/PA/PE or PET/AL/PA/PE, with a food-grade sealing layer inside; film thickness and barrier structure can be adjusted for oil resistance, acid resistance or light blocking. Surfaces accept 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving stable registration and rich colour for brand artwork, ingredient text, barcodes and usage notes. Fills range from 100ml to 6L, with 1L, 3L, 5L and 6L most common, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied for your own filling line.
