製品概要

この液体包装袋は、屋外での緊急用途や自動車用液体の取扱いを想定して設計されています。ポーチは遮光性ラミネートフィルムを熱シール加工而成し、袋の充填方法と使用用途に応じて、四面シール構造または自立袋の底部シール構造が選べます。シール幅と熱シール温度はロットごとに検査され、漏れや袋の膨らみが生じるリスクが低減されます。上部にはスパウト、自動閉鎖バルブ、またはねじキャップを装着でき、ハンドルや吊り穴を付けることで、注液や近距離での運搬が更容易になります。

8Lサイズは一度の充填で使うのに適しており、袋の形状や開口は他の容量に応じて調整可能です。

代表的な構造としては、PET/PA/PEおよびPET/VMPET/PEのラミネート材が挙げられます。フィルム層は、遮光性、耐油性、耐穿刺性のいずれかを選べます。また、遮光層は、ガソリン、ウォッシャー液など、直射日光にさらしたくない液体に適しています。印刷は1～8色グラビア印刷で行い、アートワーク、色コード、位置合わせをお手元のサンプルまたは図面に合わせて対応します。マット、グロス、スポット表現も可能です。標準容量は100mL～8Lで、袋タイプ、スパウト径、フィルム厚、ロール幅はご相談に応じて対応できます。

自動充填ライン向けに、同じ材料のロールフィルムも供給できます。

これらの袋は、自動車 Carey、アウトドア緊急キット、化学添加剤、クリーニング・家庭用品、液体サンプリングに使用され、ガソリン、フロントガラスウォッシャー液、消毒剤、洗剤などの製品を収容します。カスタム工程はシンプルで、使用目的と容量について協議し、サンプル袋またはデザイン原稿を送付し、材質構成と印刷レイアウトを確認し、校正刷を承認してから量産に移ります。当社の工場は広東省東莞にあり、クラス10000のクリーン工場を備えています。印刷、ラミネート、袋製造、検査はすべて同じ敷地内で行われます。
