This liquid packaging bag is built for outdoor emergency and automotive liquid handling. The pouch is heat-sealed from light-blocking laminated film, with four-side seal or stand-up bottom seal structures available depending on how the bag will be filled and used. Seal width and sealing temperature are checked batch by batch to lower the risk of leakage and ballooning. A spout, self-closing valve or screw cap can be fitted at the top, and handle or hang holes make pouring and short-distance carrying easier. The 8L size suits single-fill use, while bag style and opening can be adjusted for other volumes.
Typical structures include PET/PA/PE and PET/VMPET/PE laminates; film layers can be selected for light blocking, oil resistance or puncture resistance, and the light-blocking layer suits gasoline, windshield washer fluid and other liquids that should stay out of direct light. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, with artwork, colour codes and registration matched to your samples or drawings; matt, gloss and spot effects are also possible. Standard volumes range from 100ml to 8L, and bag type, spout diameter, film thickness and roll width are open to discussion. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied for automatic filling lines.
