[Structure] This is a 500ml double stand-up pouch with an organ-folded bottom gusset for stable standing, and a spout heat-sealed onto the upper part of the pouch. The spout allows direct sipping or pouring after filling, which is the key technical variant that distinguishes this product from standard stand-up pouches of the same volume and application.
[Materials & Thickness] Common lamination structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination). The structure can be selected from the combinations above to match the barrier, light-blocking, puncture-resistance and display requirements of the coffee product.
[Printing & Process] 1–8 color gravure printing is applied. The bag-making flow is: gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, including the spout heat-sealing step. Bag making and heat sealing are carried out in a Class 10,000 clean workshop in Dongguan, Guangdong.
[Application & Customization] Suitable for 500ml coffee product packaging. MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The factory supports sampling from customer samples or artwork, and customizes sizes and print layouts per customer requirements. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
