This product is a 1L double stand-up pouch built with a butterfly valve as the dispensing outlet, suited to liquid fertilizer applications that require repeated partial dispensing with controllable pouring. The double stand-up base keeps the filled pouch standing upright, and the valve position can be adjusted to match the artwork layout and filling method, which helps with shelf display and field dispensing.
The pouch body uses a multi-layer laminated structure. Common material combinations include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination). The combination can be selected according to the liquid fertilizer packaging requirement; materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing, and bag making and heat sealing are carried out in a Class 10,000 clean workshop. The sealing area between the valve and the pouch body is controlled by heat sealing parameters to keep the outlet securely sealed.
Customization process: the customer provides a sample pouch or artwork file, the factory arranges sample-based or artwork-based proofing to confirm layout and dimensions, then customizes size and layout as requested and moves to volume production. MOQ is 10,000 pieces, with production based in Dongguan, Guangdong.
