This is a 250ml double stand-up pouch with an added handle structure, combining self-standing shelf display with hanging and carrying use — ideal for personal care packaging in bathrooms and showers where hanging or one-handed dispensing is needed. The double stand-up bottom structure keeps the filled pouch standing stably, supporting shelf presentation and reuse after opening.
Laminate structures can be selected according to the filling and barrier requirements: PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with multi-layer total thickness controlled at 15–25 silk (0.15–0.25 mm). The laminate strength and heat-sealing parameters at the handle area are evaluated together with the pouch body to ensure stable load-bearing and sealing.
The process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing to reproduce brand colors and graphic detail. Bag making and heat sealing are carried out in a Class 10,000 clean workshop to reduce dust and foreign-matter risk. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
The customization flow: customers provide samples or artwork, we customize sizes and print layouts to customer requirements, then proceed to sampling and mass production after artwork and laminate structure are confirmed. MOQ is 10,000 pieces, produced in Dongguan, Guangdong. Actual fill volume, contents formulation and handle load requirements for personal care products are best confirmed during the sampling stage.
