[Product positioning and technical variant] The 2kg cheese vacuum pouch is the smooth-surface (non-embossed) model in our vacuum pouch range: the film face is flat and smooth with a fine hand feel, so gravure-printed graphics and solid colour blocks read more completely on the surface — well suited to cheese packs where the printed panel carries the brand message. Compared with embossed/textured vacuum pouches of the same size and use, the difference lies in the surface format; customers can choose smooth or textured construction according to their vacuum equipment's air-evacuation method and the desired pack appearance.
[Material structure and specification] Common laminates include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, combined according to cheese type, pack format and barrier requirements; thickness is 15–25 si as a multi-layer composite. Different laminate combinations deliver different stiffness, light-blocking performance and surface appearance; the final structure is confirmed against the customer-approved sample and artwork.
[Production process and environment] The process runs gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with 1–8 colour gravure printing available. Bag making and heat sealing are carried out in a Class 10,000 clean workshop in Dongguan, Guangdong, reducing dust and foreign-matter risk for food contact packaging applications with hygiene requirements.
[Customisation and MOQ] We support sampling from customer-supplied samples or artwork, and customise size and print layout to order: customer provides sample bag or design file → confirm laminate structure and thickness → sample approval → volume production. MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided on request.
