Common multi-layer laminates include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; multi-layer lamination thickness ranges from 15–25 silk. Materials are food-grade, with material certificates available on request.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing, and the production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The production site is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a 10000-class clean workshop.
Sample and artwork proofing are supported, and sizes and layouts can be customized to customer requirements; the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The above common multi-layer materials and printing color options can be selected for sauce packaging needs.
