This product is a 500ml juice double stand-up pouch with spout, combining stand-up display with spout drinking functionality for juice liquid packaging. Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multi-layer composite).
Production follows the process of gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with 1–8 color gravure printing supported. The product is manufactured in a 10000-class cleanroom using food-grade materials, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. The place of origin is Dongguan, Guangdong.
The MOQ is 10,000 pieces. Sample-based or drawing-based proofing is supported, and size and artwork can be customized according to customer requirements. The spout structure is the core feature distinguishing this product from other pouch types with the same specification and application, making it suitable for juice packaging that requires spout drinking.
For customization, suitable structures can be selected from the above common composite materials and the 15–25 silk thickness range according to juice packaging needs, with artwork presented through 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process covers gravure printing, lamination, slitting, bag making, and heat sealing.
