This 250ml double stand-up pouch is equipped with a butterfly valve and is designed for personal care packaging. The double stand-up structure combined with the butterfly valve variant provides a recognizable packaging option among same-specification personal care products.
Common laminate structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; multi-layer laminate thickness is 15–25 silk.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and production is carried out in a Class 10,000 cleanroom. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
The MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Sample/artwork proofing is supported, and sizes and artwork can be customized according to customer requirements. Customers can confirm the laminate structure, pouch dimensions, and printed layout for personal care packaging, with the pouch produced with a butterfly valve.
