This product is a 250ml coffee double stand-up pouch with a butterfly valve, designed for coffee packaging. The double stand-up pouch format with butterfly valve configuration makes it a distinct 250ml coffee pouch option compared with same-size, same-use pouches with different valves or no valve.
Available multilayer structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination). Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided on request.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing, and the production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Production is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10,000-class cleanroom.
The MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The factory supports sample/artwork proofing and custom sizes and layouts on request. The butterfly valve configuration is supplied with the 250ml coffee double stand-up pouch, and the material structure can be selected from the available options above.
