This product is a 5L double stand-up pouch for syrup with a handle variant, suitable for syrup product flexible packaging. In addition to stand-up display, the pouch adds a handle structure to help identify carrying and usage scenarios for the 5L format, and size and artwork can be customized per customer requirements.
Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; multilayer composite thickness is 15–25 silk. The materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing, and the production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The product is made in Dongguan, Guangdong, and can be produced in a 10,000-class cleanroom; the MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
Customization supports sample/artwork proofing and custom size and layout per customer requirements. It is suitable for 5L syrup packaging needs, with common composite materials and thickness selected from the whitelist range according to the specific application.
