Common laminated materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with multilayer lamination thickness of 15–25 silk.
Printing and production support 1–8 color gravure printing. The process route is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The product is made in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10000-class cleanroom. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
