[Structure & Materials] This is a 250g snack self-seal zipper pouch with a double zipper at the bag opening, creating two sealing paths for repeated opening and closing by consumers. Common laminate options include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, selected according to the moisture-barrier, light-barrier, oxygen-barrier and stiffness requirements of the snack.
[Specification & Thickness] The pouch format is designed around the typical fill volume of 250g snacks, with multi-layer laminate thickness ranging from 15–25 丝. Sizes and artwork can be customized to match different snack formats (pieces, puffed snacks, nuts, candies, etc.) for filling and sealing.
[Printing & Process] 1–8 color gravure printing is used, following the process route of gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The double zipper is positioned and sealed during bag making and heat sealing to ensure consistent bonding between the zipper and the laminated body. Production takes place in a Class 10,000 cleanroom.
[Food Grade & Customization] Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. Customization flow: customer sample or artwork → sampling and confirmation (material, size, artwork, zipper position) → production order. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, origin Dongguan, Guangdong.
