This is a 250g self-seal zipper pouch for dried fruit, adding a tear notch to the standard zipper bag: consumers can open it neatly along the notch without scissors, with no ragged edges or spillage, and the zipper still allows repeated opening and resealing to protect contents from moisture during shelf life.
Structures are selected according to the dried fruit type and preservation needs: PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/VMPET/NY/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, and kraft paper/PE, with thickness of 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination). AL-foil or metallized structures favor oxygen and light barrier, while transparent or kraft paper structures favor product visibility and a natural look; the final combination depends on the contents and shelf presentation.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing, with the process flow: gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Zipper sealing and tear notch punching are completed during bag making, and the notch position and its distance from the zipper can be adjusted to the artwork layout. Production runs in a Class 10,000 cleanroom using food-grade materials, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Customization flow: customer provides a sample bag or artwork → confirm material structure and thickness → confirm size, layout and notch position → sample approval → mass production. Sample-based and artwork-based proofing are supported, with custom sizes and layouts per customer requirements; MOQ is 10,000 pcs, made in Dongguan, Guangdong.
