The pouch features a self-seal zipper for repeated opening and closing, while the degassing valve helps release accumulated gas inside the pouch, making it suitable for seasoning powder packaging that requires gas venting.
Common composite structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multi-layer composite). The structure can be selected according to the seasoning powder characteristics, packaging format, and shelf requirements, with the final material combination and artwork confirmed by proofing.
Production follows gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with 1–8 color gravure printing available. The product is manufactured in a 10,000-class clean workshop using food-grade materials, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and the place of origin is Dongguan, Guangdong.
