[Structure & Materials] This 1kg tea pouch is made from foil or metallized laminated materials. Common structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, selected according to the tea type and packaging requirements; multi-layer lamination thickness is 15–25 silk.
[Specification & Zipper Feature] The pouch holds 1kg of tea, and its key feature is the zipper design: the zipper at the top can be opened and closed repeatedly, making it convenient to take tea multiple times and reseal the bag. Pouch dimensions and artwork are customized to customer requirements and formed by heat sealing.
[Printing & Production] 1–8 color gravure printing is used. The process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, carried out in a 10,000-class clean workshop. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
[Customization & MOQ] The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, offering sample/artwork-based proofing and customization of dimensions and artwork to customer requirements, with an MOQ of 10,000 pieces.
