This product is the metallized-structure variant of 250g foil & metallized pouches for pet food. Common laminate structures include PET/VMPET/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a multilayer laminate thickness range of 15–25 silk. The metallized structure is the core feature that distinguishes this product from other structures with the same specification and application.
For printing and bag making, 1–8 color gravure printing is supported. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, completed in a Class 10,000 clean workshop in Dongguan, Guangdong.
For customization, the MOQ is 10,000 pieces. Sample-based or artwork-based proofing is available, and sizes and artwork can be customized according to customer requirements. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
For application, it is suitable for 250g pet food packaging. Metallized structure combinations such as PET/VMPET/PE or PET/VMPET/NY/PE can be selected according to contents and packaging requirements; specific sizes, artwork, and printing colors are confirmed per order requirements.
