This product is a 5kg foil and metallized pouch for pet food, featuring a one-way valve as its key differentiator for customized flexible packaging needs. Bag style, size and artwork can be customized to clearly distinguish it from same-size, same-use products with different variants.
Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a multi-layer composite thickness of 15–25 silk. The composite structure can be selected for 5kg pet food packaging requirements and combined with a one-way valve.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, carried out in a 10000-class clean workshop. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
The MOQ is 10,000 pieces. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and supports sample/drawing-based proofing as well as customized sizes and artwork. This 5kg pet food foil and metallized pouch can be produced with a one-way valve for customized pet food packaging.
