The pouch uses a multi-layer composite structure with a thickness of 15–25 silk; available composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, selectable according to packaging requirements.
Printing is performed by 1–8 color gravure printing, and the process flow is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The product is manufactured in Dongguan, Guangdong, with bag making carried out in a Class 10,000 cleanroom, suitable for orders requiring cleanroom production for facial mask packaging.
The zipper structure is the core feature that distinguishes this product from same-size, same-use pouches without this variant, supporting repeated opening and closing for facial mask product packaging. We support sample/artwork proofing and custom sizes and layouts according to customer requirements; the MOQ is 10,000 pieces.
