This is a 300mm laminated roll film built around a high-barrier structure, which is the key difference from standard roll films. Available multi-layer combinations include PET/AL/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/VMPET/NY/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE and kraft paper/PE, so either an aluminum foil or metallized barrier layer can be paired with an NY reinforcement layer according to the barrier and mechanical strength required by the powder application. Total multi-layer thickness is controlled at 15–25 silk to balance stiffness, puncture resistance and smooth unwinding.
The film is 300mm wide and matched to the continuous unwinding, forming and heat-sealing cycle of powder packaging lines. Slitting controls roll diameter, winding direction and end-face flatness to reduce web drift and tension fluctuation, while the heat-seal layer is matched to the sealing parameters of the packaging line for stable sealing during powder filling. Roll length, roll diameter and splice method can be discussed against the customer's equipment requirements.
The process route is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure work for brand marks, label information and multi-color artwork in volume. Production runs in a Class 10,000 clean workshop using food-grade materials, and material certificates can be provided on request, making the film suitable for powder product packaging.
For customization, the factory supports sampling from customer samples or drawings and customizes dimensions and artwork to customer requirements, working through material structure selection, print artwork confirmation and slit specification confirmation step by step. MOQ is 10,000 pieces, with production in Dongguan, Guangdong; structure and specification parameters are confirmed against the actual operating conditions of the customer's packaging line before mass production.
