The 500mm high-barrier laminated roll film is designed for automatic packaging lines, with its core feature being the high-barrier laminated structure. Depending on packaging requirements, multi-layer structures containing aluminum foil or metallized layers—such as PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE—can be selected to provide barrier packaging solutions for products sensitive to oxygen and moisture.
In terms of materials and specifications, common laminated materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Multi-layer lamination thickness is 15–25 silk, the standard width is 500mm, and dimensions and artwork can be customized to customer requirements. Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing.
Production takes place in a Class 10,000 clean workshop in Dongguan, Guangdong, following the process of gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
The customization process supports sample- or drawing-based proofing, with dimensions and artwork customized to customer requirements; the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The roll film is suitable for unwinding and heat-sealing processes on automatic packaging lines, and slitting and artwork solutions can be discussed according to automatic packaging equipment requirements.
