The roll width is 800mm and can be customized to customer machine specifications; it is commonly used in unwinding, forming, filling, and heat-sealing processes.
In terms of structure and materials, this product features a single-layer laminate structure as its core differentiator. If a multi-layer laminate solution is required for similar projects, common laminate materials are available, including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; multi-layer laminate thickness ranges from 15–25 silk. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
For printing and processes, gravure printing is used with 1–8 colors; the production flow is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The 800mm roll film is suitable for unwinding and heat-sealing processes on food packaging machines and can be printed according to artwork requirements.
