This roll film is designed for liquid filling lines that form stand-up pouches on the machine. The laminate combines strength with a wide sealing window, so the bottom gusset holds when the pouch is filled with liquid and the seal stays tight at the filling temperature your line runs.
The structure is built around the demand of liquid packaging: an outer print layer carries the 1–8 colour design, a barrier layer keeps the contents from oxidising, and the inner PE heat-seal layer gives a strong seal at the pouch edges and spout seat. Thickness usually runs from 60–120 µm; web width, roll diameter and core are slit and wound to suit your filling machine.
Where the pouch needs a spout or cap, the film is supplied to match the sealing parameters of the fitment, so spout sealing stays consistent across a long production run. As a laminated roll film manufacturer, we set structure, thickness, width and print to your specification, and carry out lamination, slitting and rewinding at our Dongguan, Guangdong plant.
