This laminated roll film is made for automatic packaging machines: it is supplied as full rolls and the machine forms, fills and seals the pouch in one pass, which suits continuous production at higher volumes and fixed specifications. Typical applications are confectionery, biscuits, granules and powders, as well as personal care, hardware and electronics.
The film is laminated from PET, PA and PE. The outer PET layer gives stiffness and printability, the middle PA layer adds toughness and puncture resistance, and the inner PE layer acts as the heat-seal layer that closes the pouch. Thickness commonly runs from 60–120 µm, the web width is slit to your machine and pouch style, and roll diameter and core are made to your machine specification. Printing is done in 1–8 colours by rotogravure, so brand and regulatory information reproduce cleanly at high line speeds.
As a custom roll film manufacturer we adjust structure, thickness, width, core and print design to your filling line, and can supply food-grade, high-barrier or metallised variants. Lamination, slitting and rewinding are carried out in sequence at our Dongguan, Guangdong facility, and samples are available before mass production.
