This is a custom-printed roll film designed for automatic packaging machines that form easy-tear sachets for shampoo, body wash and similar liquid daily-care products. Supplied on paper cores or air-shaft cores, the roll runs with steady tension and can be engineered for three-side, four-side or back-seal bag formats. Tear notches and perforation lines are positioned to your artwork so end users can open each sachet easily by hand. Matching roll film or finished pouches, including spouted pouches and valved bag-in-box formats, can also be supplied.
The substrate is built to suit your filling and barrier requirements, with common combinations such as PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE for stiffness, moisture resistance and light blocking. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving clean detail and stable registration; custom samples and artwork are both accepted, and colours can be adjusted to match your brand. Width, thickness, roll diameter and metres per roll are all made to order around your machine settings and sachet size, with typical film thickness between 0.05 mm and 0.15 mm confirmed at sampling.
Typical applications include small-format sachets of shampoo, body wash, hand wash and conditioner, as well as measured portions in food and agrochemical lines. The custom process starts with a discussion of bag style and dimensions, followed by sampling from your physical sample or artwork, confirmation of material and print result, and then bulk production. Our factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 100,000 clean workshop and in-house gravure printing, lamination and slitting. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, produced to the approved proof and delivered on schedule.
