This aluminum foil laminate roll film is designed for small-dose liquid and gel products such as rinse-free hand sanitizer and disinfectant gel. It runs on automatic form-fill-seal machines to make three-side or four-side sealed sample sachets, and can also be formed into portable pouches with a spout. The heat-seal layer is tuned for flat, reliable seals that reduce leakage and evaporation of alcohol-based fills, while even tension keeps the web running smoothly at high packaging speeds.
Typical structures are PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/AL/PE laminates, with the aluminum layer blocking moisture and oxygen while the outer layer can be matte or glossy. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing based on your samples or artwork, giving stable registration and colour depth. Standard thicknesses run about 60–160μm, and width, roll diameter and slitting can be adjusted to suit your machine and pouch format. Matching roll film in the same structure can be supplied alongside finished bags.
