A bag-in-box is built from an outer carton and a sealed inner pouch. The pouch uses four-side-seal or pillow-seal edges and is fitted with a butterfly valve outlet, which can also be replaced with a spout or a valve connector on request. The wide valve opening allows smooth pouring of medium to high viscosity liquids, and the heat-sealed valve seat holds tight through repeated opening and closing. The carton adds stacking strength, while the disposable inner pouch cuts down cleaning and cross-contamination.
The pouch body is made from multilayer laminates such as PE, PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE, with barrier and sealing layers chosen to suit the filling. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure for clear detail and stable registration, and custom artwork or samples are welcome. Standard volumes cover 5L, 10L, 20L and 25L. Bag style, valve size, port position and carton dimensions can follow your filling line, and matching roll film is available.
Bag-in-box packaging suits juices, concentrates, edible oils, soy sauce, syrups, sauces and selected liquid chemicals, as well as bulk batching in catering and food processing. The custom flow runs from requirement review and material selection to sampling, approval, mass production and final inspection. Based in Dongguan, Guangdong, our plant runs a Class 100,000 cleanroom and handles film blowing, printing and bag making in house.
