This BIB bag is designed for coffee, tea and syrup liquid packaging. Its double-seat bottom is folded and heat-sealed for stable standing during filling and stacking. The butterfly valve outlet allows controlled pouring and repeated use, and different neck sizes can be selected for filling equipment. The smooth foil surface gives a clean look, while neat sealed edges help maintain bag shape and support reliable handling on automatic lines.
The bag is built from aluminium foil combined with food-contact laminate layers to create a high-barrier structure against oxygen, light and moisture. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing for brand graphics, colour blocks and batch information. Standard volumes cover 1L–20L, with bag dimensions, valve type and film thickness customizable. Samples and drawings are welcome, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.
Typical applications include coffee concentrate, tea base, syrup, juice, sauce and other liquid or semi-liquid products, as well as bulk repacking for restaurant chains and food factories. Customization usually follows inquiry, sample or drawing review, proofing, sample approval, mass production and shipment. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a 10,000-class clean workshop. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and delivery is scheduled according to confirmed specifications and production planning.
