For products with demanding shelf life, the barrier structure of the roll film is the heart of the packaging solution: a dense aluminium layer is opaque with very low water-vapour and oxygen transmission, significantly delaying oxidation, moisture uptake and aroma loss, which suits nuts, coffee, tea, powdered ingredients and oil-bearing foods. This printed pure-foil roll film is based on a silver foil laminate printed with your colours and artwork; the foil base makes colours appear fuller and the reserved silver areas give useful material contrast. Roll dimensions are specified to your machine with even rewind tension for continuous high-speed automatic packing. Aluminium thickness and inner and outer layer materials can be selected to product requirements, with matt or spot finishes available to balance barrier and appearance.
