A bag-in-box works by pairing the seal of a flexible bag with the rigidity of a carton: the liquid sits in the soft bag, the bag sits in the box, the box carries the stacking load in transit and the spout does the pouring. Compared with rigid bottles and jars it uses less packaging material, costs less to ship and is easier to recycle when empty. This version uses a clear laminate bag body, so the remaining volume and colour of the contents stay visible, suiting juices, concentrates, syrups and liquid seasonings that do not need light protection. A white spout is pre-fitted at the outlet: unscrew to dispense by measure, re-cap to keep the rest sealed without finishing the bag in one go. Heat-sealed on all four sides for folding and pressure resistance, it stacks cleanly inside standard cartons. The film structure can be specified as clear laminate, metallised or pure foil depending on fill volume and shelf-life requirement, and both spout and capacity can be customised to your filling line.
