The 5kg puncture-resistant vacuum pouch is designed for vacuum packaging of nuts, with puncture resistance as its key differentiating structure. It uses multilayer composite materials, with common structures including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; thickness is 15–25 silk, and the composite solution can be selected according to nut shape, packaging method, and barrier requirements.
For nut packaging where edges may rub or puncture the bag, the puncture-resistant vacuum pouch uses multilayer composite structures and thickness combinations to improve bag strength and handling stability; different material combinations can also support barrier, light-blocking, and appearance requirements. The 5kg specification is suitable for nut products of corresponding capacity, and actual dimensions can be customized to customer requirements.
Printing and production support 1–8 color gravure printing. The process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, carried out in a 10000-class clean workshop. Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request, suitable for nut food packaging.
Customization services include sample/artwork proofing and custom dimensions and layout according to customer requirements. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and the origin is Dongguan, Guangdong. Common composite materials and 15–25 silk thickness can be selected for nut packaging needs, with printing layout, dimensions, and heat-sealing requirements confirmed before sampling and production.
