5kg耐穿刺性真空ポーチは、ナッツの真空包装のために設計されており、耐穿刺性が最大の差別化構造となっています。多層複合材を使用し、主な構造にはPET/AL/PE、PET/NY/PE、PET/VMPET/PE、PET/PE、PA/PE、PET/AL/NY/PE、クラフト紙/PE、PET/VMPET/NY/PEが含まれます。厚さは15〜25シで、ナッツの形状、包装方法、バリア要件に応じて複合材構成を選択できます。
袋の縁がこすれたり、穿刺したりする可能性のあるナッツ包装では、耐穿刺性真空ポーチは多層複合構造と厚さの組み合わせにより、袋の強度と取扱安定性を向上させています。材質の組み合わせにより、バリア、遮光、外観の要件にも対応できます。5kg仕様は同容量のナッツ製品に適しており、実際のサイズも顧客の要求に応じてカスタムサイズで対応できます。
印刷と生産は1〜8色のグラビア印刷に対応しています。工程はグラビア印刷 → ラミネート → スリット → 制袋 → 熱シールで、クリーン度10000のクリーン工場において実施されます。材料は食品グレードで、顧客のご要望に応じて材料証明書を提供でき、ナッツ食品の包装に適しています。
カスタマイズサービスにはサンプル／アートワークの校正や、顧客の要求に応じたカスタムサイズとレイアウトが含まれます。最小ロットは10,000個で、原産地は広東省東莞市です。ナッツ包装のニーズに応じて、主な複合材と15〜25シ厚さから選択でき、印刷レイアウト、サイズ、熱シール要件はサンプル製作と生産の前に確認されます。
