製品概要

シロップ用の10Lバッグ-in・ボックスは、外装箱と組み合わせた柔軟なラミネートフィルム袋で構成されています。袋のARTAにはバタフライバルブが装着されており、シロップの充填、シールによる密閉保管、ポンプによる抽出に対応します。一般的なラミネート構成にはPET/AL/PE、PET/NY/PE、PET/VMPET/PE、PET/PE、PA/PE、PET/AL/NY/PE、クラフト紙/PE、PET/VMPET/NY/PEが含まれ、バリア性とフレックスクラック性能を特定のシロップの配合に合わせて調整できます。

ラミネートロールフィルムの厚さは15〜25 Silk（0.15〜0.25 mm、多層ラミネート）で、10L容量での充填および輸送に適し、剛性、耐穿刺性と柔軟性のバランスを取っています。バタフライバルブは、同じ容量・用途の標準バルブ仕様品と本製品を区別する決定的な特徴です。そのARTA内径とバルブ本体は、シロップなど中粘度液体の連続注入に対応するよう設計されており、飲料ディスペンサーやシロップポンプとの接続も容易です。

生産工程は、グラビア印刷→ラミネーション→スリット→製袋→熱シールの順で行われます。印刷では1～8色のグラビア印刷に対応し、ブランドアートワークや単色面を細部まで忠実に再現します。一方、製袋と熱シールではシール幅とシール強度を管理し、漏れリスク，降低します。製造は10,000級のクリーン工場で行われ、食品グレードの材料を使用します。また、ご要望に応じて材料証明書を提供できます。

カスタマイズについて、工場ではお客様のサンプルまたは印刷原稿に基づいて試作サンプルを作成し、寸法や印刷レイアウトをお客様の要求に合わせて調整できます。最小ロットは10,000個で、原産地は中国広東省東莞市です。お客様は、試作と承認の前に、充填ラインとのインターフェース、外装箱の仕様、最終使用時の吐出方法に合わせて、バルブの適合寸法と袋の構造を確認できます。
