製品概要

このバルブポーチは自立型または携帯型の形式で設計され、四方シールと耐荷重部位の熱シール部の補強により、漏れリスクを抑えます。スパウトには押圧式バルブまたはスクリューキャップタップを搭載し、なめらかに注ぎ出すと同時に、繰り返し開閉できます。本体にはハンドルまたはダイカットホールを設けているため、片手で持って注ぎしやすく、冷蔵庫での利用からアウトドアまで、袋を便利に使用できます。

袋体は通常、PET、NY、AL、PEなどの多層ラミネートフィルムから製造され、内容物に応じてバリア層と内側のシール層を選定し、耐屈曲性、防湿性、液体との接触に対する適合性を両立します。印刷には1～8色のグラビア印刷を使用し、鮮明なディテールと安定した色再現性を実現します。全面印刷、マット仕上げのアクセント、透明ウィンドウに対応します。容量は100ml～5Lで、袋サイズ、バルブ径、ハンドルスタイルは貴社のデザインに合わせて調整できます。対応するロールフィルムもご用意できます。
