This valve pouch is built in stand-up or handheld formats with four-side sealing and reinforced heat-sealed edges at load-bearing points to reduce leakage risk. The spout is fitted with a press-type valve or screw-cap tap that dispenses smoothly and can be opened and closed repeatedly. A carry handle or die-cut hole on the body makes it easy to hold and pour with one hand, so the bag works well from the fridge to outdoor trips.
Bag bodies are typically made from multi-layer laminated film such as PET, NY, AL and PE, with barrier and inner sealing layers selected according to the contents to balance flex resistance, moisture protection and liquid contact. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing for clear detail and stable colour, including full coverage, matt accents or transparent windows. Volume ranges from 100ml to 5L, and bag size, valve diameter and handle style can be adjusted to your artwork. Matching roll film is also available.
