This valve pouch is built around a distinctive sock-shaped body. The four-side seals are flat and firm, and the outline can be shaped with a narrowed waist or rounded corners as needed. A twist or press valve is welded into the top, giving a steady pour with little backflow or dripping. The valve weld area is reinforced so it holds up to repeated squeezing, and the pouch stands or hangs well for shelf display.
The body is made from food-grade aluminum foil laminate, typically PET / foil / nylon / PE or a similar multi-layer build that balances oxygen and light barrier with flex resistance. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing for saturated colour and stable registration, with full-bleed, matte or open-area designs available. Capacities range from 100ml to 5L, and bag dimensions, valve diameter and dispensing style can be adjusted to your drawing. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.
Typical uses include wine, juice, beverages, concentrates, jams and sauces, as well as portioned serving for outdoor, catering and event settings. The custom flow is simple: share a sample or artwork, confirm structure and print layout, approve a proof, then move to bulk production. Our factory sits in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop handling film blowing, printing, lamination and bag making in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
