このバルブポーチは、1～5kgの液体食品包装向けに設計されています。袋本体は自立袋型またはピロー型で、清潔で強度の高い三辺シールまたは四辺シールを備え、圧力を加えても強度を保ちます。上部にあるデュアルバルブのARTAは、スパウトまたは注ぎ用スパウトと組み合わせることで、滴下を最小限に抑えながらなめらかに注ぐことができます。一部のサイズにはハンドルまたはハンドル穴を付けることで、店舗、食品サービス、家庭での運搬しやすさを実現します。バルブ位置、ARTAの直径、袋寸法はすべて、充填設備に合わせて調整できます。

袋は通常、PET/AL/PEやPET/NY/PEなどの食品グレードのラミネート材から製造され、内容物に合わせてバリア層とフィルム厚みを設定します。印刷には1～8色のグラビア印刷を使用し、鮮明なグラフィックと安定した色合わせを実現します。お客様からのサンプルまたはアートワークを基にしたカスタマイズに対応し、同一素材のロールフィルムも供給できます。標準容量は100ml～5Lで、1～5kgのサイズが最も多く使用されています。袋タイプ、バルブ径、ハンドルタイプ、フィルム厚みは試作段階で確認します。
