This valve pouch is designed for 1–5 kg liquid food packaging. The bag body comes in stand-up or pillow styles with clean, strong three-side or four-side seals that hold up well under pressure. A dual-valve outlet at the top works with spout or pour-spout designs for smooth pouring with minimal dripping. Selected sizes can be fitted with a handle or handle hole for easier carrying in stores, food service and household use. Valve position, outlet diameter and bag dimensions can all be adjusted to match your filling equipment.
Bags are typically made from food-grade laminates such as PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/PE, with barrier layers and film thickness chosen to suit the contents. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing for sharp graphics and consistent colour registration. We support customisation from your samples or artwork, and can supply same-material roll film to match. Standard volumes range from 100ml to 5L, with 1–5 kg sizes used most often; bag style, valve diameter, handle type and film gauge are confirmed at the sampling stage.
Typical applications include cola, beer, orange juice, juice drinks, syrup, edible oil and soy sauce, as well as catering chains, central kitchens and food factories. Our process runs from requirement discussion and sample or artwork confirmation to sampling, production and outgoing inspection. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10,000 clean workshop and integrated film blowing, printing and bag making. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, shipped on the confirmed schedule.
