製品概要

バルブ袋は、液体包装向けのフレキシブルな自立袋で、三辺または四辺シールタイプです。端部のシールは平坦かつ強固に熱シール加工されているため、ポーチは自立した状態を保ち、つぶれにくくなっています。上部には熱溶着したプラスチック製バルブまたはスパウトを取り付けることができ、滴りによる漏えいを防ぎながらなめらかに注ぎ出せます。また、袋は繰り返しの絞りに耐えます。注ぎ量の制御と汚染リスクの低減が必要な飲料および液体食品に適しています。バルブ径、バルブ位置、袋の形状は、いずれもお客様の充填機器に合わせて調整できます。

通常、ポーチはアルミ箔をPET、NY、PEフィルムでラミネートした構造です。アルミ箔層は光を遮断し、バリア性能を高めます。一方、食品グレードの内層は熱シール強度、耐圧性、耐穿刺性を確保します。印刷には1～8色のグラビア印刷を使用し、フルカラーの背景、グラデーション、スポットカラーに対応しながら、細部を鮮明に表現し、インクの定着も安定しています。さらに、マット仕上げやグロス仕上げにも対応しています。標準容量は100mL～5Lで、1.5Lや3kgが一般的なサイズです。また、同じ素材に適合するロールフィルムもご用意できます。

代表的な用途には、ジュース飲料、精製水、ジャム、ソース、濃縮液、液体家庭用品などがあり、スーパー、ケータリング、チェーンストア、工場の充填ラインに対応しています。カスタマイズについては、サンプル、印刷原稿、または仕様書をお送りください。材料構成と印刷ファイルを確認し、承認用サンプルを制作したうえで、量産に入ります。当社は中国広東省東莞市に、拉ミネート、印刷、製袋をすべて社内で対応するクラス10,000のクリーン工場を稼働させています。最小ロットは10,000個で、確認済み注文に基づき生産および出荷の日程を設定します。
