The valve bag is a stand-up format for liquid flexible packaging, sealed on three or four sides. Edge seals are flat and firmly heat-sealed, so the pouch stays upright and resists collapse. A welded plastic valve or spout can be fitted at the top, giving smooth dispensing while staying closed against drips, and the bag holds up under repeated squeezing. It suits drinks and liquid foods that need controlled pouring and lower contamination risk. Valve diameter, valve position and bag shape can all be matched to your filling equipment.
The pouch is typically built from aluminum foil laminated with PET, NY and PE films. The foil layer blocks light and improves barrier performance, while the food-grade inner layer provides heat-seal strength, pressure resistance and puncture resistance. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, covering full-colour backgrounds, gradients and spot colours with clear detail and stable ink adhesion, plus matte or gloss finishes. Standard capacities run from 100ml to 5L, with 1.5L and 3kg among the common sizes. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.
Typical applications include juice drinks, purified water, jams, sauces, concentrates and liquid household products, serving supermarkets, catering, chain stores and factory filling lines.
