製品概要

このバルブポーチは、液体食品向けの中〜大容量の柔軟な包装ソリューションとして位置付けられています。袋はガセット底を備えた自立袋構造采用的是ため、棚や冷蔵ケース内で自立状態を保ちます。ポーチの上部にはバタフライバルブが搭載されており、ねじ式ARTAによって流量を制御でき、繰り返し開閉できるため、開封後のこぼれや酸化を抑えます。側面のハンドルにより、満杯になった袋でも運搬が容易です。シールは平坦で熱封も強固で、バルブ基部もフィルムとの接合部分が補強されています。

標準的なラミネートは多層のPET/AL/PA/PE複合材で、内容物に応じてオールプラスチックのラミネート構造に変更することもできます。これにより酸素と光に対するバリア性能に加え、耐つぶし性能も確保します。印刷は1〜8色のグラビア印刷で、安定した発色と細部の再現性を実現し、マット、グロス、スポット加工も選択できます。標準容量は100ml〜5Lで、バルブやスパウトのサイズは袋の形状に合わせて対応可能です。同じ材質のロールフィルムもご用意しており、自社の生産ラインを稼働させるお客様にも対応します。

用途としては、コーヒー濃縮液、フルーツジュース、ワイン、ソース、シロップなどの液体食品のほか、家庭用およびパーソナルケア製品にも使用されます。カスタム対応については、サンプルまたは印刷データをお送りください。材料構成と印刷レイアウトを確定し、校正サンプルを作成してから量産生産に移り、合意したスケジュールに従って出荷します。私たちの工場は広東省東莞にあり、10,000級クリーン工場で、フィルム成形、ラミネート、印刷、製袋をすべて内製で行っています。最小ロットは10,000個です。
