This valve pouch is positioned as a mid-to-large volume flexible packaging solution for liquid foods. The bag uses a stand-up structure with a gusseted base, so it stays upright on shelves and in chillers. A double-switch valve sits at the top of the pouch; the twist outlet controls flow rate and can be reopened and closed repeatedly, reducing spills and oxidation after opening. Side carry handles make a full bag easier to move. Seals are flat and firmly heat-sealed, and the valve base is reinforced where it joins the film.
The typical laminate is a multi-layer PET/AL/PA/PE composite, and the structure can be adjusted to all-plastic laminates depending on the fill. This supports oxygen and light barrier plus squeeze resistance. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving stable colour and detail, with matt, gloss and spot effects available. Standard capacities run from 100ml to 5L, and valve or spout sizes can be matched to the bag format. Matching roll film in the same material is also available for customers running their own lines.
Applications include coffee concentrates, fruit juice, wine, sauces, syrups and other liquid foods, as well as household and personal care products. For custom work, send us a sample or artwork; we confirm material structure and print layout, produce a proof, then move to bulk production and ship to the agreed schedule. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop covering film blowing, lamination, printing and bag making in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
