製品概要

このバルブポーチは、幅広のサイドシールとガセット底を備えた自立袋構造で、充填後も自立します。上部には単一またはダブルのバルブを装着でき、袋本体と広幅のシール面で熱シール接合することで、注ぐ際の液漏れを防ぎます。大口径のスパウトにより、ジュース、コーヒー、ワインを滑らかに流せます。ハンドル穴やキャリングハンドルを追加して運搬しやすくでき、同じ構造はバッグ-in・ボックス用ライナーとしても使用できます。

ポーチ本体は通常、PET/AL/PE、PET/NY/PE、PET/VMPET/PEなどの食品グレードのラミネートフィルムから製造され、充填内容と低温殺菌方法に応じてバリア層を調整することで、剛性、ピアス耐性、香気保持性のバランスを取っています。印刷には1～8色のグラビア印刷を使用し、鮮明なディテールと安定した色調を実現します。全面印刷に対応し、マット仕上げやグロス仕上げも選択できます。標準容量は100ml～5Lで、スパウトやバルブのサイズ、ポーチの寸法、ハンドルのスタイルは各製品に合わせて選定されます。
