This valve pouch is built on a stand-up structure with wide side seals and a gusseted bottom, so it stays upright once filled. The top can be fitted with a single or double valve, heat-sealed to the body with a wide sealing area to prevent dripping when pouring. A large-bore spout gives smooth flow for juice, coffee and wine. Handle holes or carry handles can be added for easy transport, and the same construction works as a bag-in-box liner.
The pouch body is usually made from food-grade laminated film such as PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE or PET/VMPET/PE, with barrier layers adjusted to the filling and any pasteurisation method, balancing stiffness, puncture resistance and aroma retention. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving clear detail and consistent colour, with options for full-surface coverage plus matt or gloss finishes. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and spout or valve size, pouch dimensions and handle style are chosen to match each product.
