製品概要

このバルブ袋は自立袋または平底ポーチをベースに、三方シールまたは四方シールを備え、上部には熱溶着のバルブシートが設けられています。シリコーンプレスポンプまたは滴下制御バルブを装着でき、スムーズで均一な吐出と、漏れに強い紧密な閉止を実現します。バルブ接合部は強化されており、約1000mlまたは800gの比較的大量充填に対応できます。また、ポーチが安定して自立するため、店頭ディスプレイや日常使用に最適です。

ポーチ用フィルムは、充填内容に応じてPET/PE、PET/AL/PE、NY/PEのラミネートを指定でき、バリア性能と耐穿刺性のバランスを考慮した構成にできます。印刷には1～8色のグラビア印刷を用い、ブランドグラフィックや使用説明には鮮明な発色と安定した位置合わせを実現します。100ml～5Lまでの一般規格の容量に対応し、バルブタイプ、ポンプ径、袋の寸法、フィルムの進行方向をお客様の充填ラインに合わせて対応できます。同じ材質のロールフィルムもご用意可能です。

主な用途としては、ハンドサニタイザー、アルコール、消毒剤、洗濯用洗剤、ボディウォッシュ、その他の液体リフィル、食品用ソース、産業用清掃製品が挙げられます。カスタム注文は、構造と印刷レイアウトを確認するため、サンプルまたは印刷原稿から開始し、校正、サンプリング、量産へと進みます。広東省東莞市の当工場は、クラス10,000のクリーン工場で操業し、袋製造、印刷、バルブ溶接を社内で行っています。最小ロットは10,000個で、納期どおりの納品に対応します。
