This valve bag is built on a stand-up or flat-bottom pouch, with clean three-side or four-side seals and a heat-welded valve seat at the top. It can be fitted with a silicone press pump or a drip-control valve, giving smooth and consistent dispensing plus a tight close that resists leakage. The valve joint is reinforced to handle larger fills around 1000ml or 800g, and the pouch stands firmly for shelf display and daily use.
The pouch film can be specified as PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or NY/PE laminate according to the fill, balancing barrier performance with puncture resistance. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing for saturated colour and stable registration on brand graphics and instructions. Common volumes from 100ml to 5L are available, with valve type, pump diameter, bag dimensions and film direction matched to your filling line. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.
Typical uses include hand sanitizer, alcohol, disinfectant, laundry detergent, body wash and other liquid refills, as well as food sauces and industrial cleaning products. Custom orders start from samples or artwork to confirm structure and print layout, then move to proofing, sampling and bulk production. Our plant in Dongguan, Guangdong runs a Class 10000 clean workshop and handles bag making, printing and valve welding in house, with MOQ 10,000 pcs and on-schedule delivery.
