製品概要

このバルブ袋は、屋外での使用や携帯用途での水保管を想定して設計されています。本体はガセット付き自立袋構造で、輸送時には平らに折りたためる設計です。上部の2つのスパウトにより、注入と飲用を同時に行うことができます。また、底部または側面のねじ込み式タップバルブから安定した流量が得られ、袋を横にした状態でも漏れにくさを保ちます。強度を高めるため4辺すべてを熱シールしており、一体型ハンドルによって充填済みの袋を安定させ、携帯しやすくしています。

袋はPET/PEの多層ラミネートフィルムで製造され、剛性、耐穿刺性、バリア性能のバランスに優れています。また、内容物に応じてフィルム構造を調整できます。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷で行い、ブランドアートワークを正確な色で細部まで再現します。標準容量は1L～10Lで、ご要望に応じたその他のサイズ、スパウト径、バルブタイプも開発できます。同一材質のロールフィルムもご用意しており、ラインでの充填に使用できます。

主な用途としては、キャンプ、ハイキング、車載用緊急キット、家庭での水保管のほか、液体肥料、洗剤などの食品用ではない液体の保管が挙げられます。サンプルや図面に基づくカスタマイズに対応しており、構造とアートワークが確定すれば、試作と量産を手配できます。生産は中国広東省東莞市で行われ、クラス10000のクリーン工場でフィルム吹成、印刷、製袋を製造しています。最小ロットは10,000個です。
