This valve bag is designed for outdoor and mobile water storage. The body uses a gusseted, stand-up construction that folds flat for transport. Two spouts on the top allow filling and drinking at the same time, while a screw-on tap valve at the bottom or side delivers a steady flow and stays leak-resistant when the bag is laid down. All four edges are heat-sealed for strength, and the integrated handle keeps the filled bag stable and easy to carry.
The bag is built from PET/PE multi-layer laminated film, balancing stiffness, puncture resistance and barrier performance, with the film structure adjustable to suit different contents. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, which reproduces brand artwork with accurate colour and fine detail. Standard capacities run from 1L to 10L, and other sizes, spout diameters and valve types can be developed on request. Matching roll film in the same material is also available for inline filling.
Typical applications include camping, hiking, car emergency kits and household water storage, as well as liquid fertiliser, cleaning agents and other non-food liquids. We support customisation from samples or drawings: once the structure and artwork are confirmed, sampling and mass production can be arranged. Production takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a Class 10000 clean workshop covering film blowing, printing and bag making. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
