製品概要

この自立袋（ジッパーポーチ）は、三方シール構造と安定感のある底部のガセットを備えているため、棚上で自立します。上部の再封式ジッパーにより、消費者は袋を何度も開閉でき、吊り下げ展示用の引裂きノッチや吊り穴を追加することもできます。一度開封すると再密封できない熱シール式フラット袋と比べて、初回開封後もスナックが柔らかくなるのを抑えられるため、小型・中型の小売用包装や自宅での収納にも実用的な選択肢です。

袋本体は通常、PET/PE、PET/AL/PE、またはPET/VMPET/PEのラミネートフィルムで製造され、内層には食品接触用のヒートシール層が設けられます。バリアレベルと厚さは充填内容に応じて選択できます。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷で行われ、鮮明な画像層と安定した色再現性を実現します。また、マット、グロス、スポット仕上げなどの選択肢が利用できます。充填量は100g～2kgに対応し、御社のアートワークに合わせて袋幅、高さ、底面ガセット、ジッパーの位置を調整できます。同一素材のロールフィルムも_product?
